The controller of your data
Sizible is operated by StylAi Limited, registered in Ireland at Liffey View, 67 Martins Row, Chapelizod, Dublin 30, D20EY66, Ireland. For the purposes of the GDPR we are the data controller for the fit profile you create with us.
Three kinds of information
Your fit profile: the measurements you enter, your height, and the fit and style preferences you choose. Your account details: email address and password. Usage data: which recommendations you saw and whether they helped, so accuracy improves over time.
We do not collect photographs, body scans or health information.
Lawful basis for each use
We process your fit profile to provide the service you asked for — a size recommendation. We rely on your consent for marketing email, and on legitimate interest for improving recommendation accuracy.
Retailers, processors and no one else
A retailer using Sizible receives a size recommendation, not your measurements. We use a small number of processors for hosting, email and analytics, each under contract and each within the EEA or covered by an approved transfer mechanism. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Your fit profile is kept while your account is active and deleted when you close it or ask us to erase it.

You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at any time.
